This ticket is for our August Premier event, “Crossroads of the Wasteland”.
In the center of an expansive wasteland, Boomtown rises dust-choked, half-built, and full of promise. Iron City is a growing hub of movement and ambition, and Boomtown aims to carve out its share of gain and glory. The region still bears the scars of pre-Fall progress: rusted rail lines, broken runways, and wagon trails turned blood roads. Now, it stands as the Crossroads of the Wasteland where traders, scavengers, mercenaries, and zealots converge in search of fortune, answers, or a second (or third) chance.
This Premier event brings Boomtown’s reach into focus: a place of new and fragile alliances, rapid expansion, and persistent deadly threats. Expect high-stakes encounters, roaming Raiders, relentless Zed, and a wild array of wasteland horrors. Spectate—or place your bets—in a no-holds-barred introduction to Dogshead, catch live performances in the Speakeasy lounge, and discover storylines shaped by risk and ambition.

This is your pass to intrigue and survival in the post-apocalypse at Dystopia Rising Kansas. Most ticket options allow you to purchase XP separately, but the Opt-Out is an all included ticket (NPC Opt-Out and +5 XP). Purchase Extra XP here.
Our events kick off Friday at 9 PM and run until Sunday at 12 PM. After closing announcements, players are expected to clean their personal campsites and help clean for the whole camp—it’s shared labor, because many hands make light work.
Some tickets are limited, and pre-reg closes Tuesday before the event, so grab yours early and check in ahead of time. When you do, make sure to check in under the right ticket type through the database. It’ll make things smoother when you get to site. NPC shifts are first come, first serve, so claim yours fast.
Each game, you can pick one character to earn XP, based on how many DR Live events they’ve survived (Player’s Guide, p. 13). Advanced Members can spread the XP love up to three characters can benefit per ticket, just list them when you check out. Remember: your character must be listed as “Active” in the Database to receive this XP.
